Opoku Amponsah & Co is a Private Unlimited Liability Company incorporated in October, 2021 in Accra-Ghana to provide high grade legal and Company Secretarial Services. It is essentially corporate, commercial and civil litigation practice with strong expertise in diverse areas of law. Prior to the establishment of the firm, the founding partner was the head of litigation at Fugar & Co., one of Ghana’s leading corporate law firms. The firm was founded in 2021 and has enjoyed excellent strides on both local and international frontiers. This gives us an edge in providing maximum value to our clients.

The founder of the firm, Mr. Opoku Amponsah has over twenty- one (21) years’ experience in legal practice from the renowned firm of Fugar & Company where he rose through the ranks to the position of a Partner in the year 2010 and held that position till he resigned in September, 2021 to set up Opoku Amponsah & Co.

The Firm has a dedicated Paralegal, Financial and Administrative Unit with combined experience of over ten (10) years.
