Michael Gyan joined Opoku Amponsah & Co in November 2023. Michael specialises in Land and Real Estate , Corporate and Commercial law Practice , Civil litigation and Family law . Micheal holds a Bachelor of Laws ( LLB) Hons. from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Qualifying Certificate in Law ( QCL ) from the Ghana School of Law . Micheal has previously worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law , KNUST where he did extensive research in Land Law , Intellectual Property Law and Constitutional Law .
